This Service Delivery Policy applies to all styling services booked on divasclub.in, operated by Emporia Gusto Private Limited (“Divas Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Service Nature

Divas Club provides personalised styling services delivered through our self-serve online platform at app.divasclub.in. All services are provided digitally through our platform. No physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping charges, handling fees, or delivery addresses required.

2. Service Delivery Timelines

After you complete your submission (photographs and styling questionnaire) through our platform, your personalised styling analysis will be ready within the following timeframes:

Delivery timelines are measured from the time we receive your completed submission through our platform (photographs, questionnaire, and any required details such as destination or itinerary). Incomplete submissions may delay the service delivery.

3. How You Access Your Styling Service

Your personalised styling content will be available through our platform:

  • Online Platform: Log into your account at app.divasclub.in to access all your styling services, recommendations, and content.
  • Email Notification: You will receive an email notification when your styling analysis is ready for viewing.

4. What If Service Delivery Fails?

If your styling analysis is not available within the stated delivery timeline:

  1. Check that you have completed your full submission (all required photographs and questionnaire fields) on the platform.
  2. Check your email for any notifications or requests for additional information.

If we are unable to deliver your styling service within 48 hours of a complete submission, you are eligible for a full refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Access & Availability

  • Your personalised styling content is accessible through the platform for lifetime access.
  • In the unlikely event of platform maintenance, access may be temporarily unavailable but will be restored promptly.
  • You can access the platform from any device with a web browser — no app download required.
